Nurse Case Manager
Provides medical case management to injured workers in order to assist them in receiving necessary and appropriate
medical care and ultimately helping them towards a safe return to work. Work as a liaison between the injured worker / client,
employer, carrier / Third Party Administrator, physicians, attorneys, and other medical personnel’s. Interpret caregiver
reports and recommendations to facilitate the injured worker's rehabilitation. Provide assessment, planning, implementation,
and evaluation of the client's recovery. The end result is to achieve the highest level of recovery and to assist the client
in reaching his/her greatest functional level at home, in the community, and at work.
Education / Training Requirements: Graduate of accredited school of nursing. Current RN licensure. One of the following:
Certified Case Manager (CCM), Certified Disability Management Specialist (CDMS), Certified Registered Rehabilitation Nurse
(CRRN), Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, (CRC) is preferred. Knowledge of disability assessment. Workers' compensation
related experienced helpful.

Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor
Utilizes specialized skills to assist an individual with disabilities with returning to a safe and productive lifestyle
including employment. Assess client needs based on medical and vocational information in order to develop a Return- To- Work
plan that will ensure the client's success as they transition back into the labor market. Provide support, motivation, counseling
and education to ensure the best return to work plan is established in order to assist the client swiftly and safely back to work.
Education / Training Requirements: Master's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling preferred. Minimum requirement of Bachelor degree
in Rehabilitation Counseling, Counseling, Career Counseling or related. One of the following: Certified Rehabilitation Counselor
(CRC), Certified Disability Management Specialist (CDMS), Certified Case Manager (CCM), or American Board of Vocational Experts
(ABVE). Experience with job placement and counseling skills. Knowledge of medical aspects of disability.

IME Customer Service Representative
Responsible for scheduling IME's received via phone, web, and fax or directly from our customers. Facilitate these appointments
by contacting the adjuster, attorney, injured person, and physician. Utilize special customized software program to assist in
this process. Follow up with physicians' requests for medical records. Schedule appointments in a timely manner. Prepare cover
letters. Follow up with physician office to ensure the client attended the appointment. Send letters to all responsible parties
to ensure the all know when the appointment is. Contact the client to ensure knowledge of the appointment. Act as a liaison to
ll parties. Follow process guidelines and adhere to quality assurance protocols.
Education / Training Requirements: Minimum High School degree with at least 2 years office experience. Must have excellent
communication skills and computer knowledge. Pleasant telephone manners. Organizational skills a must.

IME Quality Analyst
Read medical and legal reports to assure quality reports including no grammatical, typographical or compositional errors.
Implement procedures necessary to have the reports signed and mailed to client in a timely manner. Calls for verbal reports
after physician has seen the examinee. Follow up on physician request for additional records or tests. Obtain signatures
of physician to finalize the reports. Arrange for the delivery of final report. Resolve questions with physicians, transcription
department, accounting department, and management pertaining to the reports. Act as a liaison and company representative to
customers, clients and physicians. Review charts for accuracy of information. Train and inform physicians as to company policies
and procedures. Provide assistance in a professional and respectful manner.
Education / Training Requirements: A minimum high school degree with a background in medical terminology or legal issues with
one to two years experience in a claims environment. Two year college or business school program related to medical or legal
field. Experience in the Workers' Compensation, No-Fault, or Disability Insurance preferred. Claims background preferred.
