FIRST AID / TREATMENT / RETURN-TO-WORK
Work injuries can occur on the job, therefore, we provide first aid treatment services to care for your employees.
Because it is important for both you and your employee to return-to-work after an injury, we have return-to-work
programs to assist you.
First Aid & Treatment

- Prompt communication regarding employee work status
- Timely and appropriate recommendations for:
- Nurse Case Management
- Specialist referral
- Physical Therapy referral
- Diagnostic Testing
Treatment services are normally provided during regular business hours. If treatment is rendered after hours by an
Urgent Care or Emergency Room visit, we will follow up with the injured employee and his/her Supervisor the next
business day to determine appropriate continuation of care and return-to-work provisions.
Return-To-Work Programs
Return-To-Work programs allow workers to come back to work in a safe and productive capacity. We will assist you to
develop job tasks for your employees with restrictions so they can continue to be a contributing member of your team.
This not only minimizes lost work days but maintains employee morale.
